I have practised meditation for more than thirty five years and led many group sessions in England and around the world. I am a vibrational energy healer and my practise extends to mental, physical, emotional and spiritual energy clearing for improved wellness. I produced a colour guided meditation CD for energy awareness and practised as a Louise L Hay life coach introducing her metaphysical ener

gy research findings. I am a Medical Intuitive, herbalist, naturopath , reflexologist, numerologist and energy reader. I offer pre booked sessions for individuals, groups, couples, families and zoom sessions.I have a variety of ethically sourced energised products of high integrity to support you naturally, restoring self confidence and re balancing health.
