I have a space become available for a Silent counselling®️ session for one of my case studies - absolutly FREE.

This uses breathwork, meridian tapping and muscle testing to get to the root of any issue and discharge the trapped emotion!

If you've tried traditional methods like counselling, CBT or talking therapies before with poor results then this is maybe what you need to try!

I've just been trained in this amazing modality and also experienced how powerful it is for myself!

I require a number of case studies to get my certification. You will have 2 sessions with me either in person or online (you choose).

This amazing technique uses a combination of:

✨ Meridian touch points (similar to acupuncture & EFT tapping)
✨ Kinesiology (muscle testing)

Together, these tools access the subconscious mind to discharge the energy of blocked and trapped emotions—fast!!!

🌿✨ **A Little Update From Me** ✨🌿

Hey beautiful souls,
I wanted to take a moment to share a little life update with you all.

I’m not disappearing but I do need to take a step back to reorganise, realign and reset.

The truth is, when you're walking a spiritual path, it’s not always a straight line. Just when you think you’ve found your direction, the Universe throws you off a cliff and into something completely new 🤣

Lately, my energy has felt bigger as I've made some big leaps forward but I've also felt scattered at the same time. Now I understand why!

New opportunities have come up, ones I never saw coming, and I’d be crazy to ignore them.

They’re stretching me in new ways, challenging me to dream even bigger and that means my time and focus need to shift, at least for now.

As much as I love offering energy work like Reiki and Tarot and I always will, I now see those beautiful practices as stepping stones toward something even greater.
I can't say too much just yet (in fact, I haven’t told a single soul) but trust me when I say something’s coming.

I’ve learned the hard way that not everything needs to be shared before it’s ready. Moving in silence allows space for growth, without the noise of outside opinions or doubts. I’m going to be building something behind the scenes that lights me up and brings me closer to the life I’ve always envisioned. One of freedom, purpose, and deep fulfillment.

So for now, I’m pressing pause on a few things including soul connection therapies— not forever, just for a while.

I’m being upgraded and I promise I’ll be back as soon as I can, stronger and more aligned than ever 💫

🔥 Three mountains, 24 miles, 12 hours and a version of me who didn’t think I could do it 🔥

Three years ago today, I took on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge — 24 miles, 3 mountains, and over 5,000 feet of ascent — and completed it in under 12 hours.

At the time, it felt impossible.
I genuinely didn’t believe I had it in me. But I pushed through the doubt, kept going one step at a time, and proved to myself just how much more we’re capable of when we refuse to give up. Even better, I did it while raising money for Parkinson’s UK — a cause close to my heart.

This experience taught me something powerful:

The only real limit is the one we set in our minds 🧠

So whatever challenge you're facing right now — in business, in life, in health — remember this:

🤩 You are stronger than you think.
🤩Capable of more than you believe.

All it takes is the decision to start, and the courage to keep going.

Would I do it again?

Let’s just say… once was enough! 😅
But the lesson will stay with me forever.

Just keeping going even if you think you can't 💪
