✨ I’ve been diving deep into learning about attachment styles and archetypes —and wow, it’s powerful stuff.

🌊 It’s helping me understand the roots of childhood trauma and how it can shape how we show up in relationships, with others and with ourselves.

As part of my Advanced Hypnotherapy Certification, I’ll soon be ready to offer opportunities to work with me using regression techniques and inner child work—beautiful tools to help gently uncover and heal those early imprints. 💫

But healing doesn’t stop there......

🔮 Sometimes buried emotions speak through the Tarot - guiding us to what's hidden, forgotten, or long suppressed.Thats why I love Tarot becuase it holds a mirror up to us ansd shows us the truth.

🌿 And with Reiki, we can shift that stuck or stagnant energy, bringing it to the surface to be released with love. I've made some pretty bold decisions that would have never surfaced in me had I not had sessions of Reiki. It uncovered some deep wounds that came up when the time was right for it to heal!

This is truly soul-deep healing—and as I learn to help heal other people I also heal myself ❤️
