Trip trap, trip trap 🐐🐐🐐

We get up to all sorts in our groups. Aswell as our big play apparatus, we use small hand apparatus in every session. The children love.it!

Yesterday we were exploring different sounds around our environment. The children were so engaged. I love this photo! Look how engaged and how independent they all are too!

Next week's movement story is The Enormous Turnip ... think pulling strength. An important fundamental skill for children to develop ... .more to follow on that later! 💪💪

What a lovely morning! The construction kit was extreme popular today. It's lovely seeing the children expressing themselves through their structures and their own ideas.

Seeing the children today we will definitely be incorporating more activities like this as there were so many great ideas 💡 It's really important to follow the children's needs and leads in the early years and that's what we always try to do! Well done little ones ♥️

Here's the kit we were using to make bridges. I never got to take any photos as we were super busy but I saw some great ideas across all the age groups.

If you have any photos of the construction kit in action I would love to see them aswell as the 3 Billy Goat Gruff activities we did today! Once again the ladder 🪜 was very popular too!
