Sometimes we use balls

or both
or nothing at all.

What the ladies do know, is that they are going to feel GREAT afterwards and that’s all that matters!!!

Yin yoga from myself

to relax the body, calm the mind and unwind physical and mental tension

followed by soothing sounds by Elysium holistics

to slow the brain waves and encourage a deep meditative state through the gentle vibrations of the Himalayan and crystal bowls.

Most of us definitely had a good nap 🤣😴

This beautiful combination of Yin yoga and sound is such a powerful way to restore the body and mind.

for providing us with the perfect intimate setting 🤍

🌿A peaceful evening to slow down, soften the body and return to stillness.

• Friday May 1st
• 6:30-8pm
• at Olaia

🌿This workshop is designed to offer a gentle pause from the busyness of everyday life and create space for deep rest and restoration.

🌿We will begin with Yin Yoga, a slow and meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gradually release tension and open through the deeper connective tissues.

🌿This quiet style of movement encourages the nervous system to settle and helps cultivate a sense of ease within the body.

🌿The session will then move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often described as “yogic sleep.”
As the body rests comfortably, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the mind can unwind and the body has the opportunity to fully restore.

🌿This evening is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and give yourself the gift of stillness, softness and deep rest.

Suitable for all levels.

🌼We will close our time together with a guided meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, rested, and gently reconnected.
