Orthopaedic Therapist (Dip Manip), Advanced remedial assessment and Manual therapy treatment, for musculoskeletal pain and limited movement, sports and holistic massage I am an experienced advanced Remedial Therapist, I offer tailor made appointments combining advanced remedial manual techniques (assessment lead techniques to help with pain and improving range of movement) sports massage and holistic Swedish massage. I operate from my home based clinic in Prestonpans, East Lothian. Orthopaedic therapy; is a specialised approach to testing and targeted treatment of musculoskeletal and nerve pain. Treatment may include muscle release and group balancing, alignment and joint manipulation. Advanced Remedial Therapy; is assessment lead manual techniques to help with pain and improving range of movement. Aiming to reduce muscular and joint pain, increase range and movement ability. Frequently treated conditions include neck, shoulder and back pain, frozen shoulder, post operation rehabilitation, migraines, plantar fasciitis, repetitive strains and many more. Sports Massage; pre / post event muscular release, training maintenance, injury rehabilitation, quicker recovery and goal achievement

Holistic massage; stress relief and increased relaxation, insomnia, headaches, pregnancy massage
