This treatment starts with a meditation including reiki healing to relax your mind. It then flows into a lymphatic massage and a lymphatic facial.
Lymphatic massage is a good idea after Christmas because people feel bloated, sluggish, or puffy after lots of rich food, salty meals, travel, and less movement.

What the lymphatic system does

Your lymphatic system:
• Moves excess fluid out of tissues
• Helps your immune system
• Transports waste products to be processed by the liver and kidneys

Unlike blood, lymph fluid doesn’t have a pump (like the heart). It mainly moves when you move your body, breathe deeply, or get gentle stimulation.

How lymphatic massage helps

A lymphatic massage uses very light, slow pressure to encourage lymph fluid to move. This can:
• Reduce water retention and swelling (common after salty holiday food)
• Help with bloating and puffiness (especially in the face, legs, and stomach)
• Make you feel lighter and more comfortable
• Promote relaxation and better circulation

That’s why people feel “less clogged” afterward.
