Pals from about 6 months old to now (36)🥰 and now we have teamed up to bring you an awesome nutrition and lifestyle support group.

🙋🏼‍♀️i run the nutrition bit
🙋🏽‍♀️and Nic runs the fitness bit (optional extra) a 30 minute blast at the end of the session.

🎺 without blowing our own trumpets, we make a spectacular team. (Nicola is also an exceptional therapist so we really do cover all bases)

Hi friends, i just wanted to share how my wonderful nutrition support groups went🥰 with the help and support of it was such a successful five weeks, we got some great results, we laughed a lot and shared a lot and i cannot wait to start the second cycle and the drop in groups for those who have completed the course.

💥next group is starting on April 3rd - this will be a FREE introductory session so you can see what I’m all about and how i work differently to everyone else.

🍁i know I’m not the only one that is very excited when October strikes and the temperature drops and il give you the reasons why🍁
🎃halloween (i can wear my skeleton bodysuit)
🎃coats, scarves, hats and gloves!
🎃cosy nights in with blankets and tea.
🎃make the transition from salads to warm soups and stews
🎃THE SQUASH!!! When its pumpkin season the squashes come out and I couldn’t be more thrilled!!
🎃heres a messy but beautiful plate of food consisting of roasted spaghetti squash with a sauce made from mushrooms, rainbow chard, onion, tomatoes and mixed beans.
🎃simple, messy looking but absolutely gorgeous comfort food full of goodness.
