Love and Reiki Healing

Let’s talk about Love! Self love to be exact. We all ponder this notion and wonder to ourselves but what really is love?

We grasp externally to find this meaning frantically searching in the realms of other people, places and things. All just reaffirming our conditioned belief systems.

When actual fact we have forgotten we are love, not realising we have been conditioned in fear.

Love is what i believe reiki healing is. The source of light that we all are part of. When we have a reiki treatment it is like plugging ourselves back into the mains and switching the light back on within us.

Reiki healing is the language of the heart and speaks through us daily. We just have to be still and take a breath to reconnect back to ourselves. It really is that simple. Bringing is us back into the moment and back into our hearts.
