I had been studying hard over this last lockdown and now completed my Osteopathic Techniques: Sport and Spine course :) This was one of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) hosted courses. I also expanded my knowledge on sciatic massage with FHT webinar.
I'm now open and available again at Carrick Clinic and cannot wait to put it all in practice :)
