We have a new name! "Higher Health"
We think it more aptly reflects the combination of complimentary therapies we are now able to offer to help you on your journey to wellness.

We are also in the process of creating a shiney new website and page! These will be under the new name and you will be able to find out much more about what we're doing and how we can help you attain your higher state of health.

We're moving!!

From 1st July 2024 we will be in a new home! We're not moving far though, we're staying in Prestwick. Here's our new address....

We're on the ground floor so no stairs to navigate. It's a lovely quiet location behind the airport, there's plenty of parking in the spacious car park out the front of the building and a comfortable waiting area just as you come in. Just ring the buzzer for Room G2 at the front door and I'll come to greet you.

Our bodies and minds are not separate, so it's not surprising that dis-ease in the mind can manifest as physical symptoms.
