Join Alison and Chris for a nourishing day designed to reset the body, calm the mind, and gently guide you into the New Year with clarity and renewed energy.

🌳Morning with Chris — Movement, Breath & Balance🌳

We begin with a grounding Hatha Yoga session led by Chris. This practice blends lifting and lowering techniques to support heart-rate variability, encourage full-body balance, and cultivate a calmer internal rhythm.

After a short break, Chris leads a calming breathwork class, introducing accessible techniques you can use anytime to ease stress, soothe anxiety, quiet the mind, and support overall wellbeing.

You’ll also receive a clear, practical overview of the respiratory system and why breath is central to health, emotional balance, and vitality.

✨A Nourishing Midday Pause✨

Enjoy a comforting lunch featuring homemade soup, fresh bread, and Alison’s homemade treats, accompanied by a selection of herbal teas.

🧘🏽‍♂️Afternoon with Alison — Qigong & Deep Rest🧘🏽‍♂️

Alison begins the afternoon with Qigong for an Energised Body & a Quiet Mind.

Qigong (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese moving meditation that boosts energy, relieves stress, and brings emotional balance.
• Qi means energy—the life force that keeps every system of the body running smoothly.
• Gong means cultivation or skill.
Together, Qigong is “the skill of cultivating your energy.”

Alison will guide you through an Eight Extraordinary Meridians Qigong routine, helping open energy pathways, release tension and emotional weight, and restore balance. Expect your body to soften, your mind to settle, and your energy to brighten.

We close the day with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) session. Alison will guide you through this powerful meditative practice that brings you to the restful space between wakefulness and sleep—supporting profound relaxation, nervous-system healing, and inner quiet.

Feeling tight, tired, or stuck in your body?
This deeply nourishing Myo Yin class blends myofascial release with Yin yoga to help you unwind tension held deep within muscles and fascia.

Using long, supported holds combined with gentle pressure on trigger points — with tools like bolsters, blocks, foam balls, tennis balls, and Myo Yin specialty balls — you’ll be guided into a practice that encourages the body to soften, release, and reset. Expect slow, grounding movement and deep rest for both body and mind.
