What’s your name?
Christopher. I’m from Kilwinning, North Ayrshire.

What was your main reason for stopping smoking?
I wanted to take control of my health and finances. Smoking was affecting my wellbeing, and I knew I needed to make a change not just for myself, but for my family. I also wanted to prove to myself that I could break free from the habit and live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

How long have you stopped smoking for?
I’ve now been smoke-free for nearly 10 years.
