Before you jet off – have you remembered your skin essentials? Have fun in the sun knowing that your skin is totally protected and ready to absorb some rays. Some last minute Blissful tips before you head for the sun bed:

1. Remember to exfoliate – tanning dead skin is not the goal.
2. SPF – keep the factor high and reapply frequently.
3. Body scrub – brushing away dead skin will ensure you keep that healthy glow.
4. Mask – some extra pampering will give your skin the boost it needs for prolonged sun exposure.
5. Moisturise – After plenty of UV, your skin will be crying out for rehydration, try to stick to your regime with a little extra TLC.
