Today, I am incredibly proud to officially welcome Nicolette Kirkwood to the team as our new Operations Manager at ACE Supporting Services . 💙
As A.C.E continues to grow across Ayrshire, bringing in the right people who share our values, vision, and passion for making a genuine difference has always been one of the most important parts of our journey. Nicolette brings with her professionalism, leadership, compassion, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services — qualities that align perfectly with everything A.C.E stands for.
At A.C.E, our mission has always been bigger than simply providing support. We are committed to creating opportunities, promoting independence, encouraging life skills, and building an inclusive environment where individuals with additional support needs can truly thrive through creativity, learning, social connection, and meaningful experiences.
As Operations Manager, Nicolette will play a key role in:
