Week 3 is all about motivation, momentum and the concept of music is medicine.

We’ve just completed Week 1, with everyone making a strong start - focusing on energising the whole system in a balanced, grounded way.

Week 2 is about creating space.
Space in the mind, which creates more space in your day, and your life.

Guest speaker for week 2 is the Mischievous, Uncoachy Coach - Danielle Mills where she'll be talking all things Identity.
