Our new booking system is live! Should you need an appointment, fit note, private letter, test results or have an admin enquiry - please submit a form via our website. Please remember, if your request is classed as routine (for example an appointment that does not need to be on the day), you may not be contacted the same day. However, your request will have been viewed.

We would also like to use google translate cookies and analytical cookies to understand how our site is used and improve user experience. Analytical cookies send information to Google Analytics.

It's almost time for our new appointment booking system to go LIVE! 🎉🎊

From this Monday (1st September), appointments and admin queries such as fit notes will be requested via a link on our website. To access this, you will see two buttons (as pictured below) on our homepage that will take you to the booking system once clicked on.

These buttons will be visible on our website from Friday evening so you can have a look over the weekend, however you will not be able to submit a request until 7am on Monday morning.

🤩 Sneak Peak 🤩

Here is a sneak peak at our new booking system, Klinik!

When clicking the link on our website (which will be live on 1st September) you will be taken to the booking system home page.

From here you are given some information about Kliniks opening hours and are given the option to sign in using your NHS App, or continuing without signing in.

Next, you will see a series of "tiles". These tiles will be your first step in submitting a request. You simply click the relevant tile and then follow the instructions on screen. If the request is to book an appointment you will be asked a series of relevant questions to enable an accurate triage.

We will be closed today (12/08/2025) between 1pm-2pm for essential staff training. If you have an appointment around this time it will NOT be effected by this closure, please still attend the surgery.

A date for your diaries 📅

With our new appointment booking system launching on Monday 1st September, we understand not everyone will feel confident using a new online system for the first time.

To try and help with this, we will be holding some drop-in help sessions for patients who need a little assistance navigating Klinik to submit requests. Please see below dates and times 😊

We would like to remind patients that requests for appointments can still be made over the phone or in person, if you are unable to get online. The Klinik form will be completed by our reception team on your behalf whilst with you/on the phone.

We have listened to our patients’ concerns regarding the struggles to obtain an appointment and our system is changing! 🎉🎊

We are excited to inform you that a new appointment booking system (Klinik) will be implemented from Monday 1st September 📆. This system will require all patients requesting an appointment to complete a triage form which will be available on our website. As well as appointments, Klinik will be your one stop shop for administration queries such as paperwork requests, changes to your personal details and requesting a fit note. This service will replace AskFirst.

If you are unable to complete the form online, our reception team will ask you the necessary questions on the phone or face to face and complete the form with you on your behalf. The same form will be completed, whether you go online, phone, or visit the surgery ensuring all patients have equality of access. You will be able to submit requests between 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Hours will differ on staff training days.
