Thank you to everybody for these very positive results!

On the first of August we will have been open for exactly a third of a century!

We have managed to offer rapid access for everyone without question for all of that time and plan to keep things that way!
We also manage to keep our long term personal continuity of care going strong -we have patients who are now in their eighties who have only ever had three doctors (Including Dr Pratt and Dr Haywood) and we have the same friendly nurse we have had for twenty years.
We are particularly proud of our reception and secretarial staff who do an excellent job and are always cheerful and helpful and we are all grateful to Alison Stimpson who very ably manages the whole business.

Thanks everyone for such great feedback! 😊

Thanks everyone, we’re really happy to have got such positive feedback!

We are pleased to be able to say that we are getting a bit nearer to being back to normal. Appointments still need to be made on the phone but if you ring before 10am then you can either speak to the Doctor on the phone or be seen face to face (the choice is yours) on the same day.

Some of you will have received an invitation to complete one of these surveys. Please can we encourage you to fill it in and send it off? This is one of the best ways for the government to learn about our practice and any feedback can be very useful.
For further information please see: https://www.gp-patient.co.uk/
If you would like to see the results of last year's survey you can find it there too.
