This weather eh? A couple of my handbag hero's are always helpful to keep me SPF50'd up!

Do you check what's in your ingredients, or your children's?! It's scary what can be put in your products, and food! Another self-care Sunday, another cricket match where I'm up far too early!

Despite being early, those powerful 🌞 rays are already there! It's gonna be a hot one today!

Preferably a Broad Spectrum to protect yourself from both harmful UVA (responsible for ageing and most skin diseases/skin cancer!) and UVB (responsible for burning) rays.

Having trained in Skincare, including the effects of the Sun, I feel very strongly about keeping you, your skin, body and mind safe and healthy.

Phew! They've been a busy few weeks! Kids, Easter holidays and now the cricket season!

🏏 Cricket is a major part of our family life, and is very much a reason why I practice Health and Well-being in the form of therapy.

My husband is a level 3 coach, and co-owns a cricket coaching company alongside two other cricket-loving fellas! He's a junior coach at our local club, and plays every weekend!

My very-almost 13 year old has been playing since he was about 2...he also plays every weekend, sometimes twice...as well as a few times throughout the week, including for Northumberland County! When he's not at school he helps his dad out with coaching too!

My 11 year old plays too, every weekend! He loves wicket keeping most, and also has a passion for Karate, hockey and drama!

So yes, I am well and truly a Cricket Mum and WAG! I do attend softball practice when I'm able, though you might have guessed I prefer ensuring the players keep in optimum shape through Sports Massage, restorative Massage, nutrition and advice!

Happy Monday!

Easter hols are over so hopefully I can get back to some sort of normality...whatever that means!

This morning started with meeting a new beautiful-inside-and-out friend, I think it's safe to say we're friends already!

Tracey from the Menopause Training Company was so uplifting and...for want of a better word, real! I highly recommend her even just fo4 a rejuvenating chat!

Life is all about the little things, and that meeting has really made my day/week!
