Our aim is to provide high quality, and individualised assessment, examination, treatment and rehabilitation for a range of musculoskeletal conditions. All treatments are provided by highly specialised State Registered/Chartered Physiotherapists and are based on the latest scientific research/evidence and clinical guidelines. We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment of:

• Leg, neck and arm pain
• Sports injuries
• Arthritis management
• Hip, knee, ankle and foot
• Shoulder, wrist and hand
• Chronic/persistent pain
• Whiplash

We also offer:

• Sports massage and massage to aid relaxation and promote stress reduction
• One to one guided Mindfulness Meditation sessions
• Rehabilitation following Stroke, Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions
• Lower limb biomechanical assessment and treatment including prescription fitting of orthoses and insoles
• Full rehabilitation service following accidents, injury or surgery

How do you prioritise your health? 🩺✨

Life is busy – work, family, commitments, the never-ending to-do list.
But when pain, stiffness or injury creep in, those everyday things become harder.

At our clinic, we see time and again that investing a little time in your health now saves a lot of frustration later. Whether it’s getting that ni**le checked, staying on top of your rehab, or simply keeping your body moving well – it all adds up.

👉 How do you make your health a priority?

My health is foundation number one, my dog, my girlfriend, my businesses, this company, that company, my money - all of it sits on top of this table called my health.

If you remove my health, I lose everything.

If it is the foundation, shouldn't it be a priority? Number one? And for me, the reason why I went from failing in the gym every year was because my goal was to get fit for summer, specifically get a six-pack for summer. So what happens when you get a six-pack or summer ends? Your drive is gone. Your motivation, your reason vanishes.

So I'll get to October. I'd be in good shape. Summer would end and my motivation would just disappear. So with the gym now, my goal can never be completed. My goal is consistency and it's anchored to this belief that my health is the first foundation of my life.

It should be the first thing I think about in the morning and it should be the number one priority in all the decisions. I made it and it finally clicked.

So, for the last 3.5 years, I literally go to the gym seven days a week. Sometimes, just for 20 minutes, sometimes for two hours. But I never miss it. It's priority number one.
