I have had a nightmare client today. This client came to me due to redness on his big toe. Throughout the appointment he complained he was hungry and wanted to keep stopping, it took longer than usual but I wanted to make a good impression due to him being a new client. At the end of the appointment he seemed happy with his treatment but when it come to paying he just started smiling?

Anyways he is now on my barred list and I have told him to go elsewhere.

I will put a picture of him in the comments so hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else.

My client came to me feeling self-conscious about the uneven appearance of her big toenails. She had previously gone elsewhere for toenail reconstruction but the salon applied a tip and acrylic 🙈My client was unhappy with the bulky, unnatural finish.
