✨ Anti “New Year, New You” Club ✨
The problem I have with “New Year, New You” is your body isn’t disposable, you don’t get a new one in January.
So when I see all the extreme resolutions, punishment workouts and guilt for enjoying life, it makes me sad because it’s going to take its toll on you and your body (and probably not last past February!)
Instead we should be focusing on 👇
💪 Moving because it helps you feel strong
🧠 Training smarter, not harder than your body can handle
💆♂️ Recovering properly & focusing on the long term
📆 You should be looking after your body all year, not just in January, because you only get one and it carries you through every season —
it deserves care, maintenance, and respect 365 days a year.
Let’s make this year about longevity, consistency, and feeling good, not burning out by February.
