Welcome to our new page for our new website offering a range of H**p CBD products. We started our journey back in 2016 by attending the first meeting of the Cannabis Trade Association in Birmingham, working to educate, regulate and ensure that the products are safe and compliant for consumers. We have also worked to help cases of children and parents who have tried to obtain cannabis-derived products via the NHS. This support continues. Since 2016 it has been legal to sell CBD based products as food supplements in the UK, as long as we follow the rules of the MHRA, this means that no medical claims are made or inferred. In addition, we follow the CTA rules governed by the FSA, MHRA and Home Office. Medical claims can only be made under an approved license. This will proceed as more medicinal based Cannabis research has approved clinical data and trials as a medicine in the future. An example of this is Sativex and Epidiolex which are approved products by NICE and are only available through the NHS. No company in the UK should be selling a H**p (Cannabis Sativa) based Cannabinoid/CBD product with any medical claims. Further information and topics on CBD supplements and their regulations will be posted in the near future. Education and understanding of the CBD market will help you make a safer choice when choosing a CBD product.
