✨ Care Support Worker ✨
Location: Ashington, Pulborough, West Chiltington & Storrington (West Sussex)

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Care Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day-to-day activities, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes 🏠

Working Hours
▪️Weekdays: 7:00am – 2:00pm
▪️Weekends: 7:00am – 2:00pm and 4:00pm – 9:00pm

Shift Pattern
▪️3 days during the week
▪️Saturday and Sunday every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

▪️Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
▪️Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
▪️Administering or prompting medication (where required)
▪️Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
▪️Providing companionship and emotional support
▪️Supporting service users to access the local community
▪️Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns

Requirements
✔️Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a care role

✔️A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to the areas of work)

✔️Must have the right to work in the UK

✔️Ability to commit to working every other weekend

✔️A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature

✔️Good communication and teamwork skills

🔹£14.00 per hour on weekdays and £14.50 per hour on weekends
🔹£1.70 visit allowance per call

ADSL Care is currently looking for a compassionate and reliable Live-In Respite Carer to support individuals and families in our community.

📍 Location: Ashington, West Sussex
📅 Dates: 19/04/2026 – 04/05/2026
💷 Pay: £900 per week + £40 food allowance

🧡 About the Role:
As a live-in respite carer, you will provide short-term, around-the-clock care and support, giving primary caregivers a well-deserved break. Your role will make a real difference in improving quality of life for both clients and their families.

At ADSL Care, we stand in support of individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s—a progressive neurological condition impacting movement, coordination, and daily life.

🔹 Around 10 million people worldwide are living with Parkinson’s
🔹 It is the fastest-growing neurological condition globally
🔹 Symptoms include tremors, stiffness, and balance difficulties—but also non-motor challenges like sleep issues and depression
🔹 There is currently no cure, but early support and care can make a significant difference

This day is about raising awareness, supporting research, and showing compassion for those living with Parkinson’s.
