I will be hosting another month of Yoga for women in transition. Aimed towards women between 40-65 going through peri, menopause or coming out the other side. This one hour class will teach you coping strategies for insomnia, anxiety, weight gain, joint pain, lack of energy and so much more. We will practice strength, somatic movement, breath work, deep relaxation, mantras and visualization. All are welcome. 7pm every Thursday starting April 4th. DM to book a mat. ๐ 
A little about me. I am Candace ๐ and I have been practicing yoga since my father (an original Yehudi Menuhin and BJS Iyengar champion) inspired me back in the 1970โs. I have been teaching for 12 years and from my lovely garden yurt for 9 years. I have developed a practice which is deeply felt and a community of beautiful spirits. I am qualified in Hatha, special yoga, yoga therapy, yin yoga and meditation. My favourite expression is Yoga once a week will change your mind, twice a week will change your body, every day will change your life.
