Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at the Event. Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the full, advertised billed performances take place, the Promoter reserves the right to change the published bill and/or running times without notification. This includes, but is not limited to, artists and billed attractions. Entry is for the Event and not a specific artist. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission. The Promoter has granted an on-site security team the right to refuse admission to the entire Event site and to police these terms & conditions. No alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18. The Promoter reserves the right to remove alcohol and dispose of it if a drinker is unable to provide identification of age. This includes alcohol purchased by a legal adult. Strictly no illegal substances. Search is a condition of entry and presence at the Event. The Promoter shall be entitled to confiscate (i) any of the items listed below and (ii) any other items which the Promoter considers may be used as weapons, or are otherwise deemed by the Promoter to be dangerous or inappropriate. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items. Prohibited Items

Air Horns, Alcohol, Animals (except for assistance dogs), BBQs, Cans, Chinese lanterns, Firearms, Fireworks, Flares, Gas Canisters / Cylinders, Glass Bottles, Glass of any kind, Hammers, Illegal Substances, Knives, Laser Pens / Laser Equipment, Legal Highs, Smoke Canisters, Sound Systems, and any items deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate. By attending the Event, you give your express consent to your actual or simulated likeness being included with any film, photograph, audio and/ or audio-visual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time through tout the world, the copyright to which shall be owned by the Promoter or its contractors without payment or compensation. If you attend an Event with your child aged under 18 years you give the foregoing your express consent on their behalf. This includes filming by the police or security staff that may be carried out for the security of customers. First Aid assistance may be sought by visiting the St Johns Tent located on-site. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 21. There is to be no smoking or vaping inside any of the structures at the Event. Please also observe all safety notices regarding smoking around any generators in the area. Strictly no trading allowed on site without the Promoter’s consent.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for this evening's display.

PARKING
There is only disabled parking (with valid blue badge) at The Cross Keys there is no general event parking available at the pub. General Admission parking will be in the Car Boot Field - there is plenty of signage and marshalls to help.

ALREADY HAVE YOUR TICKET?
Please have the QR code on your tickets or your wristbands ready to show the team on arrival to help get you all in smoothly and quickly.

NOT GOT A TICKET?
Don't worry there are tickets available on the gate this evening - Adults £10, Children (6-17) £5 and children under 5 free.

What you need to know ahead of this year’s The Cross Keys Pulloxhill Annual Fireworks Display 2024 -

A) Gates open at 5pm. Pre-show entertainment with some fire eaters, stilts and childrens funfair.
Gates close at 7.15pm for safety reasons and the firework display starts at 7.45pm ish.
🐶 No dogs allowed except guide dogs, these must be booked in, in advance.
B) Parking is free of charge in adjacent fields unless you have reserved a space with you booking in the pub which is now full.
C) Tickets must be purchased in advance online OR Cash only on the gates where wrist bands will be issued.
D) Food outlets are cash and card Funfair rides – CASH only
E) People's own drinks and sparklers are prohibited.
F) Only bring a small size bag - A5 size (150mm x 200mm) otherwise we will need to search them
G) Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
H) Traffic will be prohibited from accessing Pulloxhill high street from Flitton & Barton from approximately 5.30pm
1- high street and Barton rd
2- Sand Rd and Silsoe rd
Traffic from Barton will be directed to Flitton. You can then do a left to Greenfield and a left again to Pulloxhill.
G) After the show all Traffic will be directed left from the pub and parking fields. We have done this for the last 7 years and has worked really well to avoid congestion in the village.
H) Please allow plenty of time, wear warm clothing and bring a torch for the parking fields.
