1. Lie down and do absolutely nothing
Access Bars is a 45-minute treatment where you simply lie under a warm blanket while I gently hold specific points on your head.
Your nervous system slows. Your mind quietens. Your body finally exhales. Many women tell me they sleep better that night than they have in months.
You don’t have to talk. You don’t have to explain. You just receive.
2. Pick up a pen or paintbrush, even if you don’t think you’re creative
My Creating Space in person sessions are not about talent or skill. They’re about giving your nervous system a safe way to release what words cannot reach.
Women often tell me they feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded afterwards, without even fully understanding why. Your body knows.
3. Be held in a space where you don’t have to be the strong one
