Stress isn’t just in your mind—it’s in your body, your energy field, and even in your breath. Here are 4 holistic ways to keep stress at bay, especially if you’re a high-achieving woman juggling a thousand things:
1️⃣ Enjoy whatever you do – or shift how you show up to it.
When you bring joy or presence to your daily tasks, even the mundane becomes manageable. If something feels draining, ask: How can I bring lightness into this? Joy is magnetic—and healing. But hey, if you are still not enjoying, ask yourself the bigger question, WHY?
2️⃣ Know your boundary – and honour it fiercely.
Saying “yes” to everything is the fastest way to burn out. Stress builds when your energy is scattered. Boundaries are not selfish; they are self-care. Start by saying no to one thing that doesn’t feel aligned this week.
3️⃣ Stay energetically clean – because energy hygiene matters.
Just like you shower daily, your energy field needs regular cleansing. Do salt baths or salt showers (no need of fancy expensive salts, your supermarket salt should do or if you have a sensitive skin, use sea salt. You’ll feel lighter, clearer, and less reactive to external chaos.
4️⃣ Observe how you breathe – it’s your real-time stress barometer.
Your breath reveals everything. Is it shallow? Rushed? Bring awareness to it and gently slow it down. Conscious breathing can calm your nervous system in seconds and restore clarity.
