š® Today is the Yuan Xiao Festival (Lantern Festival), marking the final day of Chinese New Year celebrations.
On this special day, families traditionally eat Tang Yuan (glutinous rice balls with sweet fillings). Their round shape symbolises family harmony, happiness, and lasting unity.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, food is not only nourishment but also a way to maintain balance. As glutinous rice can feel heavy on digestion for some, it is often enjoyed with warm tea, fragrant osmanthus ļ¼Gui Huļ¼, and aged tangerine peel (Chen Pi).
Osmanthus and Chen Pi are especially beneficial for those experiencing Qi stagnation, helping to gently regulate circulation, ease tension, and support both digestion and emotional wellbeing.
Wishing you all happiness, harmony, and togetherness šāØ
