We had a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration yesterday! 💐

Families joined us for a delicious roast dinner and canapés, with plenty of laughter, love and special moments shared together. It was a lovely way to celebrate all the amazing mums and mother figures in our care home 💖

☘️ We had a fantastic Pre-St Patrick’s Day celebration at the home today!

Our residents loved watching a wonderful local school dance group perform – the energy, music and smiles filled the room! 💚 There was plenty of laughter, clapping along and lots of fun shared by everyone.

A big thank you to the talented dancers for bringing such joy to our home. What a lovely way to start the St Patrick’s celebrations! ☘️

Paws, smiles, and plenty of cuddles! 🐾💛

Our residents had a wonderful time during a special visit from a very friendly therapy dog. There were lots of tail wags, gentle pats, and happy memories shared all around. Moments like these bring so much joy and comfort to everyone! 🫶🏼✨

We’re already looking forward to the next visit! 🐶

Introducing to you… Mick - our newly appointed Events Ambassador! ✨😃

Mick holds a key role within Willowbrook View Care Home as he supports with various tasks across our events, bistro and admin departments 💛

He’s been busy so far settling into his new role with overseeing tasks are complete for the day and helping to organise our bistro and events teams! 🙌🏼👍🏼 with lots of laughter along the way of course… 🤣

🐰💛 Some very special visitors hopped into our care home!

Our residents loved spending time with some adorable rabbits as part of our pet therapy session. There were plenty of cuddles, smiles, and even a few giggles as our fluffy friends made themselves right at home. 🥕

Animal visits always bring so much joy, comfort, and wonderful memories. We can’t wait to welcome them back for more hopping good times! 🐇✨

My mum is 95 years old and had no previous respite care experience. She was very reluctant to go, however, I would say after the first day she was happy and participating in activities. The activity and care staff are exceptional, Johnny and Ellie especially! When we left my mum looked amazing. She said "Well I'll definitely go back here". I feel so pleased I have found somewhere I feel more than happy to leave my mum.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
