It couldn't get easier to enjoy a healthy snack while on Plan, with this delicious cloud bread recipe.

Prep time: 10 Minutes
Cook time: 15 Minutes
Calories: 108 kcal per serving

Ingredients
1 egg
30g quark
Greaseproof paper
Method:
1️⃣ Pre-heat the oven to 160°C fan, 180°C or gas mark 4.
2️⃣Separate the egg yolk and the white into two bowls.
3️⃣ Add the 30g of Quark to the yolk and beat until smooth.
4️⃣ Whisk the egg whites until firm. They should form stiff peaks that will hold even when you tip the bowl upside down!
5️⃣ Fold the whites into the yolk and quark mixture.
6️⃣ Separate into two mounds onto greaseproof paper on an oven tray and cook for 15 minutes until golden brown.
