Front of House Receptionist / Client Services Co-ordinator.
This is not a typical reception role.
We’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of client experience, someone who is organised, commercially aware, and genuinely passionate about holistic health.
You’ll be the first point of contact for every client, setting the tone for a calm, professional, and high-quality experience, while supporting the growth and performance of the Health Hub.
🌿 This role is for you if you:
• Naturally build rapport and make people feel at ease
• Are highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Are confident discussing services and guiding client decisions
• Have a genuine interest in holistic health and wellbeing
• Take pride in delivering exceptional standards.
💼 Experience in a clinic, wellness, or high-end customer service environment is strongly preferred.
