Privileged to conduct a ceremony today for a 91 year old gentleman who spent his life working on the land in the local area. A lady came up to me afterwards and said what a lovely service it was - “it held my attention from start to finish”. Conducted my first funeral of 2022 today for a vibrant, fun-loving lady who died far too young on Christmas Eve. It was an honour to be chosen to help pay tribute to her and I received a lovely message of thanks this afternoon from her partner.
