Last week I spent some time in the old, creaky, house of woe. Worrying about stuff that I can't actually change. Where is your emotional home today? Do you have a Morning Sanity Saver? Mine is really short: 3 mindful breaths on waking, 5 mins of ‘bed yoga’& a short meditation most mornings has kept me sane over the last year. It’s not a lot, but feel it is sooo worth the small time invested in maintaining it. What do you reckon? I must confess, I was also doing Wim Hoff breathing as well, but have slacked off with that to just weekends. I’d love to hear what you do, or were doing and have perhaps slackened off, or maybe you’ve revved up? ~ Gez

Do you have a word that describes lockdown? I discovered KENOPSIA this morning which means the eerie or forlorn atmosphere of a place that is usually bustling with people but is now abandoned and quiet. How brilliant is that for right now! There is a definite feeling of kenopsia at Gloucester Quays atm, somewhere that I enjoy walking to via the canal path near my home. Ooh and the daffodils are blooming in Hempsted right now! Hope springs eternal.~ Gez
