That approach doesn’t work

you are sat at home on the sofa , burnt out , demotivated & end up not exercising for months

Because WITHOUT these things you are going to keep failing
You’ll lose loads of “weight” in one month
Then putting it all back on again & more the next month !
And then end up feeling Demoralised, demotivated , pi**ed off & angry with yourself that you have gone back to what you were like the month before (or worse!)
Seriously …it’s like psychological torture you are putting yourself through !

Start with tracking what you eat on my fitness pal
Start with increasing your physical activity….
Go for a walk, join the gym, try some classes , just find something you enjoy and start your body moving
Then….
You’ll have a base and a simple structure to start with then it’s about building and creating healthier habits and routines around your life
