Snack Option of the Week 🎉

Every Saturday of 2026 I’m going to be posting about a snack or meal option for you that’s perfect for fat loss , packed full of protein , low calorie & low fat.

This week it’s…the Gr***de protein shake with a 2(g of protein & in my opinion , the best tasting protein shake out there ! You can use them as a post recovery gym snack , a morning or afternoon snack to increase protein and fill you up or even use the shake as your milk for breakfast and automatically add an extra 25 grams of protein to your breakfast.
