This weeks is all about my PT client Paul.

Paul works his ass off every PT session giving it everything he’s got despite medication conditions & injuries testing him daily abut despite dealing with these issues daily hes still lost 1 stone 4lb & an incredible 31.5cms in measurements so far! Well done mate !!

If this sounds like you it’s time to …

make some changes because…

Let’s face it

That approach doesn’t work

You are basically trying to sprint a marathon ⬅️

Then the next month …

you are sat at home on the sofa , burnt out , demotivated & end up not exercising for months

You see the Key is BALANCE ✔️

Being REALISTIC ✔️

& making SUSTAINABLE changes ✔️

Why ?

Because WITHOUT these things you are going to keep failing

You’ll lose loads of “weight” in one month

Then putting it all back on again & more the next month !

And then end up feeling Demoralised, demotivated , pi**ed off & angry with yourself that you have gone back to what you were like the month before (or worse!)

Seriously …it’s like psychological torture you are putting yourself through !

Start with tracking what you eat on my fitness pal

Start with increasing your physical activity….

Go for a walk, join the gym, try some classes , just find something you enjoy and start your body moving

Then….

You’ll have a base and a simple structure to start with then it’s about building and creating healthier habits and routines around your life

You need to get back into a calorie deficit asap !

the quickest way to do that is….

🎯 go back to tracking what you are eating & drinking DAILY (my recommendation is using the my fitness pal app)

🎯Hit your Calorie target for fat loss DAILY (if you don’t have 1 already drop me a dm & I’ll work it out for you for 🆓)

And finally ….

🎯 get your body moving ❗️ (Walking , running , cycling get out & enjoy this weather ☀️ or go to the gym , do an exercise class etc)

Complete these 3 steps & you’ll be back to basics & start seeing results asap,

Client of the week 🎉

This week’s client of the week is for losing 8lbs & 4.5cms , getting his fitness & strength back , packing on muscle & losing Bodyfat despite at one point being in hospital !
