Client of the week 👏🏻

This weeks client of the week is about my PT client Deb!

Deb lives a very busy life , 2 kids , husband , busy job & she’s had illness recently and yet STILL has lost bodyfat and kept it off , still tracked her calories & smashed her workouts & lost 5lb 5cms 👏🏻 🎉

Achieve your goals faster than ever before ⬇️

Firstly, you need to find out what is important to YOU & WHY ?

Now for most people it’s all about being HAPPY & what HAPPY looks like to them

So for this week focus on what is important to YOU & WHY ?

For example it could be lose Bodyfat , feel and look better

Then look at why that is important to you and come up with 10 reasons WHY

These reasons WHY will be your true motivation & why you want your goal

Now this goal setting stuff is EASY to do but it takes time !

But I can promise you now the hour you spend doing it (or less) will be your most productive hour of your week for sure

So that question again is

What’s important to YOU and 10 reasons WHY ?

That’s your goal right there

And get started on it NOW

Use your spare time to get CLEAR about what your goals are & plan asap, NO excuses !
