6lbs & 7cms lost in just 1 week for my PT client Zac 👏🏻
The crazy thing is ….

❌ he didn’t exercise this week

Follow these 4 simple tips below to pull off more in the next 90 days than you have in the last 1 year !

WHAT... is your goal ? (Go in depth here , what do you REALLY want)

WHY.. is that goal important , again, the more depth here the better

BARRIERS ? What’s got in your way before from trying to hit your goals , is it time? , money?
whatever it is, list them THEN ask yourself HOW you can overcome each one

And finally... What NEEDS to be done to achieve that goal,

Here’s where you do the jobs to do list for the next 90 days , what you need to achieve every 30 days and what tasks are required each day , week and month to get EXACTLY what you want!

It seems a weird one right ?



Maybe you’re thinking how would that help ?



But the thing is you already book work in your diary , any kids clubs etc , your nights out etc in advance



Now it’s time to now book your sessions in so you focus solely on your gym or exercise session



with no distractions



and total focus on that workout



then you can go back to rest of your day knowing you have ticked off another workout✅



Plan ahead & book all your workouts out for the week and book them in today 🎯

The BEST TRANSFORMATION I’ve ever been part of & to be honest , the best transformation I’ve ever seen !

Mo LOST an incredible 16 STONE , yes, that’s right , 16 STONE which is 101.6kg LOST 🤯🤯🤯

Although I helped mo it wasent just me our friend & PT Ian Preston helped him achieve these incredible life changing results!

I’ve posted this today for 2 reasons

1 - to show YOU no matter where you come from , where ever you are right now with your life , YOU can do it if you put your mind to it and achieve great things , I know mo would tell you himself he never thought he could lose that much Bodyfat & keep it off , it’s truly rapidly changed his life in everyway , so use Mo’s transformation as a motivation for YOU to get started & get incredible fat loss results 🎉

2 - is to tell how he did it, mo didn’t achieve these results from starving himself , living on lettuce leaves , joining any dodgy unsustainable diet or weight loss group he simply …

Moved more & ate less , tracking what he ate & drank & got into healthy habits & routines that worked around his life !
