I will always strive to provide the highest quality of massage therapy at times that are most convenient to you. As such, you can enjoy the convenience of having an expert massage therapist in the comfort of your home or office. I am based the Shotton but also cover Connah's Quay, Buckley, Penyffordd, Broughton, Chester and surrounding areas. By always staying true to my values, I will endeavour to improve the quality of life of everyone I come into contact with."

Severe tennis elbow case – the client was at a stage where she couldn’t even hold a tea mug.
I combined Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation with Cupping Therapy, using dynamic stretching movements throughout the treatment.
The result was a full range of movement restored in the arm. Both the client and I were genuinely impressed by the outcome.
This is a great example of how combined treatments can deliver powerful results.

I spent a beautiful, sunny Sunday learning Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation ☀️
It truly fed my spirit and expanded my knowledge.
We all know the fixing part is what I enjoy the most—this is where I can really give the best to my clients.
And as a bonus… it was amazing for my own shoulders too (they really needed it 😌).

A regular client who usually chooses a deep tissue full body massage wanted to add a little variety this time. We combined back, neck and shoulder massage with facial and a touch of Indian head massage. Combining treatments is a wonderful way to enhance results, target multiple areas, and deepen relaxation — she completely melted. ✨
