If you want to help your child reach their potential in any sport they love... More is not always better!!

6 days a week of football / netball / rugby / tennis is very unlikely to create the next Ronaldo or Serena Williams.

👎🏽 In fact, overloading on 1 sport often leads to overuse injuries or mental burnout further down the line.

💁🏽‍♀️ Help them to build an athletic foundation and understand how to move and control their body through strength & power training, challenges / skills from a wide range of sports and unstructured play....

☺️ But most importantly at this age they should be challenged through variation and fun!!

We've loved having this group on over the last block to:

👉🏽 Get stronger, faster and more powerful
👉🏽 See some test scores and get feedback
