My interest in sports massage was sparked many years ago through various sporting events, and benefiting from sports massage myself on a regular basis. I'm also a Chartered Accountant and Musician and therefore understand the aches and pains, and limitations of movement and functionality that often come hand-in-hand with prolonged periods of time in front of a screen, or playing an instrument. Despite its name, sports massage can help with these issues, and isn't just for sports men and women! I offer the following treatments, which can be done from the comfort of your own home (additional charges may apply, depending on distance), or from Radcliffe-on-Trent:

- Initial consultation plus 45 minute sports massage * (£45)
- 60 minute follow up/maintenance sports massage (£45)
- 45 minute follow up/maintenance sports massage (£35)

* All first-time clients must have an initial consultation
