Today brings together the vibrant energy of Beltane with the power of the full moon.

Beltane invites us to honour what is blooming around us and just as importantly what is beginning to bloom within. It’s also a beautiful moment to notice what you’re ready to let go of as you step into this new season

Enjoying a peaceful brew in the garden, listening to the birds, grounding and reflecting …. before I head off to the treatment rooms for this morning’s Reiki session.
