I’m a fussy vegetarian and suffer with low B12 as I don’t get enough vitamins from my diet. Without B12 i suffer with extreme tiredness and fatigue.

I inject my own B12 🙈once every 6 months to keep it topped up in my system. I’ve never felt better since starting!
