I’m absolutely delighted to share that I’ve been recognised for the ninth year running as one of the Top 3 Hypnotherapists in the Watford area for 2025.

💛Running a small business is never easy. It takes courage, resilience, and passion. When I started The Mindset Clinic, I had no idea how many lives I’d be privileged to support, nor how much I’d grow personally and professionally along the way.

The recognition is lovely but what means even more is knowing that the work I do continues to make a difference to the people I help.

Exam stress can make people feel lonely and overwhelmed, but you don’t have to tackle it alone. Lots of young people find the pressure of exams overwhelming and may need some extra support at this time of year.
The Mindset Clinic uses a variety of tools and techniques to help relax and calm down anxious and worried minds. When we are anxious it makes it very difficult to concentrate, recall and remember things we have learnt.

The Mindset Clinic uses hypnotherapy and sophisticated mind- training techniques to manage exam stress and anxiety to improve performance.
Here’s how we can help:
Reduce Anxiety and Fear of Failure: Hypnotherapy and grounding techniques help alleviate anxiety related to exams by reducing fear of failure and switching off the fight or flight response. They can provide a sense of calm and confidence, allowing you to approach exams with a more positive mindset and increased focus.
Change limiting beliefs: NLP techniques effectively and rapidly help to re-programme limiting beliefs that pile on unnecessary pressure and interfere with effective learning and performance.
Boosting Self-Confidence: Through hypnosis you can enhance your self-confidence. This can greatly improve your performance during exams.
Relaxation Techniques: Hypnotherapy teaches deep relaxation which can provide a sanctuary for the mind in times of stress. When relaxed the ability to focus and think rationally is increased.

But we don’t just help people deal with unwanted issues or conditions we also enable people to reach their full potential with Mindset Coaching. Mindset Coaching is a great way to improve results, gain success and achievement.

We use rapid change techniques to help therapy and coaching clients reach their full potential.
