                                            Anyone who has expressed an interest in attending my 4-week Saturday mindfulness course, please do get in touch as I seem to have mislaid my list!
The start will be delayed by one week, so the dates are as follows:
Sat 26th July, Sat 2nd August, Sat 9th August, Sat 16th Aug
10.30am-12pm at The Barn, Orchard House, Emborough.
This is an opportunity to attend a professional and highly effective mindfulness course, teaching you tools to manage stress, calm the mind, and bring balance into your life. It is based on the MBSR and MBCT programmes for anxiety and depression but also brings a strong compassion-focused element, trauma-informed approach and the latest awareness in neuroplasticity. 
The sessions include simple mindfulness exercises, nature connections, guided meditations from just 1 minute long (you will get to keep the recordings so you can use them at home), stories, poetry, and very gentle movement, which can be done sitting or standing. There will be refreshments available, and depending on the weather, some exercises will be done outside.
As this is part of my qualification as a "Mindfulness Now" teacher, attendance for this 4-week course is FREE  (this course only). You must be able to commit to at least three of the sessions, especially the first two.

PS: This mindfulness course is non-religious and open to all. You do not have to sit cross-legged on the floor! There will be comfy seats and any particular needs will be catered for as much as possible.
