I saw this quote recently and wanted to share it with you

's still January, a time to go slow, to rest in th darker colder months. I've got a lot going on too right now, every year I say I will take more time to winter and be quiet in January, and then life has other plans. But in amongst the business I am taking time to slow, breathe, be in nature and just sit by the fire. I hope you can do the same. 💗

We are heading towards the still-point of the year, the leaves are falling and all of nature is slowing down. Yet most humans don't get the chance to tune into this as modern life relentlessly pulls us towards busyness.

A journey with the Conscious Connected Breath is a chance to slow down, tune in and listen to the whispers of nature and your soul, a chance to come home to yourself again. I've just started a functional Breathwork course, so it's back to school in all senses as we're also starting our next Breathwork Training next month. I'm finding that being both student and teacher inspires and teaches me so much more about this amazingly powerful thing that's literally right under our noses, our breath 🤗

It's surprised me to want to be the student again, and I'm loving it 💖

I love my work so much... and self care and time with family, friends and Tigi dog is a vital counter balance to keep my batteries full. So this is what I was up to last week, bonding with eldest son as we learnt to surf with the wonderful in Cornwall. Beautiful to combine learning a new skill, with nature/ocean time and family time. Tigi was there too, but isn't generally keen on going in water (not even a puddle!). 💗
