Today we came together to remember and honour our much-loved resident, Josephine McCann ๐
30th March 1935 โ 3rd January 2026
Josephine was with us for the past 3ยฝ years, and during that time she shared so much of who she was. A gifted artist, a former English teacher, and a lover of family history, she had a curious mind and a warm, social spirit that touched those around her.
Through her artwork, photographs, and memories, Josephineโs creativity and love for storytelling continue to live on within our home.
We would also like to offer our heartfelt thanks to Nick, Josephineโs son, who has kindly shared his gift of music with our residents. His singing has brought comfort, connection, and a sense of togetherness, and it means so much to us that Josephineโs presence is still felt in this way.
Josephine will be remembered with great fondness by residents and staff alike, and she will always remain a cherished part of our home. ๐ธ
