I spent years believing I needed to eat less, train harder, and “have more willpower.” That only left me exhausted, bloated and binge-eating. That in turn had a really negative affect on my psychologically!

The real transformation began when I stopped punishing my body and started understanding it.

Eating psychology changed everything — my relationship with food, my confidence, my results.
