The old me and the new me are like two completely different people when it comes to food and health.

🍽️ The old me → always dieting, trapped by food rules and restrictions. Miserable, stressed, binge eating, emotional eating… all while struggling with digestive issues, back pain and a body that never felt good enough.

🌿 The new me → no dieting, no rules. I maintain a healthy weight with ease. No binge eating. No digestive problems. No pain. Instead, I have food freedom, flexibility, and a lifestyle that truly nourishes both body and mind. I manage stress better, enjoy balance, and—most importantly—I feel happy and healthy.

But if it were that simple, you wouldn’t still be struggling.
