We are at the peak of Summer, of growth. As we revel in the Abundance of the Earth…the crops…..the fruits, we can reflect and empathise on those that are not as fortunate as we are.

As we move through August it marks a shift within the Year. The Sun’s Energy begins to wane and the days are noticeably growing shorter.

This is a moment to Pause, to witness Mother Nature at her best, and to remember that we are also a part of the cycle of growth, fruition and release.

Enjoy the Slow Living that the month of August allows.

Six Weeks of Summer Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Dear All,
This year for Summer I have decided to slow down a little and record some short classes of 20-30 minutes, followed by a ten minute Relaxation.

These classes will be slow and directed well so easy to follow, in the style of Hatha Yoga for the warm-up and one Slow Flow to the Peak Posture….which will also be easy.

Basically the classes are to prevent loss of Mobility and Strength over the Summer Holidays.

You will be given a private link that will lead you to YouTube. The classes will only be available to those who enrol and not be available on my Public channel.

The best thing is that these classes are yours to keep forever!! 🤗

I would just like to thank you if you have supported me during my 3 Ceremonial homework’s for my Priestess of Avalon course.
I raised £155 in total. They take £10 to help with office admin fee’s but I used gift aid as essentially these were my earnings…taking the total to £181
This went to the charity Period Poverty. Please look them up if you want to know where your money is going to be spent but I think it is a worthwhile cause because as Women, we know what stress this can cause in our lives.

So thank you from the bottom of my heart.
