“I will try to fix you”…
but not in the way you might expect.

I use massage to help you slow down,
to help your body feel safe enough to relax,
to breathe a little deeper,
and to move with more ease.

In my sessions, we work with touch, breathwork, and gentle stretching —
because pain isn’t just physical,
and lasting change comes from supporting the whole person, not just one area.

Massage isn’t the only answer —
it’s a tool, part of a holistic approach for long-term relief and wellbeing.

✨ Less tension. More awareness. Better balance. ✨

FREE Lower Back Pain Workshops – Rainham

Back pain doesn’t need to control your life.

Every Friday I’ll be running a free lower back pain workshop at my clinic in Rainham — designed to help you understand your back, move with confidence again, and know what actually matters (and what doesn’t).

These workshops were always full last year and are open to anyone in the local community.

We’ll cover:
• Common back pain myths
• Why back pain happens
• When to worry (and when not to)
• Simple, effective exercises
• Open Q&A — ask anything

No pressure. No selling.
Just practical support, clear explanations, and a relaxed, friendly session.

Time to be confirmed — spaces will be limited.

The fastest way to develop chronic pain is to ignore stress, poor sleep, anxiety — and the early warning signs from your body.

That’s how small issues stop settling.

I see it all the time.
People keep pushing because they’re busy, under pressure, and don’t feel like they can stop.

I’ve had a few small shoulder issues recently and just carried on.
Nothing major — until one moment made me pause and listen.

For me, that means stepping back and rebuilding foundations.
For others, it’s not exercise at all — it’s lifestyle load, lack of recovery, or running on empty.

This first full week back is when everything ramps up at once — and pain speaks louder.

If things aren’t settling, pushing harder usually isn’t the answer.
Adjusting is. Follow for more or

A lot of people are dreading this week.

Not because they’re lazy — but because everything restarts at once. I get it…

Work. Training. Responsibilities. Expectations.

If your body feels achy, flat or resistant, it’s not a lack of motivation.
It’s a sign you’ve been doing your best for longer than you realise.

This week isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about recognising the effort you’ve already put in — and moving forward with a bit more kindness.

You’re not a machine. If you are struggling with worsening pains this week send me a message with the word “HELP” and let’s talk about how I can improve things for you . Follow along for daily tips and advice on managing pain.

⭐️ 40+ FIVE-STAR REVIEWS ⭐️

I’m genuinely grateful to every single person who’s trusted me with their recovery.

These reviews aren’t just about physio — they reflect the care, time, honesty and individual approach I aim to give every person who walks through the door.

Helping people move better, feel stronger and live with less pain is exactly why I do this.

Thank you for the kind words, the trust, and the recommendations — it means more than you know 🙏

If you’re struggling with pain, injury or recovery and not sure where to start, feel free to DM “INFO” or book a free consultation.

Why my approach is different 👇

I mostly work with people living with ongoing or recurring pain — especially those who’ve already tried physio and still feel stuck.

Pain isn’t just about tissues or scans.
That’s why I take a whole-person approach, looking beyond the physical and addressing the broader factors that drive nervous system sensitivity, flare-ups, and setbacks.

I won’t just treat a body part.
We’ll talk about how movement, stress, beliefs, sleep, and past experiences all interact — and how that can keep pain going.

There’s also a lot of misinformation around MRI findings, which often creates fear, anxiety, and avoidance. I work to break this down so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

If physio hasn’t helped before, this might be why.

I’m not the type of physio who gives you a sheet of exercises
and then disappears until the next appointment.

Because pain doesn’t work like that.

Things change.
Good days happen.
Flare-ups happen.
Confidence goes up… then dips again.

And if no one’s checking in, adapting, listening —
that’s often where people get stuck.

When you work with me, we keep the conversation going.

We track what’s helping.
We adjust when something doesn’t feel right.
We talk through flare-ups instead of panicking about them.

You’re not doing this to your body.
We’re doing it together.

Because progress with persistent pain isn’t about perfection —
it’s about support, understanding, and adapting as you go.

If you’ve ever felt like you were sent on your way
without really being supported…
you’re not alone.

And it doesn’t have to be that way.

If this resonates, follow me for more or message me the word “INFO to get started!

Local Physio in Medway 👋

Hi everyone, I’m Josh — a local physiotherapist working in Medway / Rainham.

I specialise in helping people who are dealing with:

• Ongoing or recurring pain that hasn’t fully settled

• Tendon issues (shoulder, hip, knee, Achilles)

• Injuries that keep flaring up despite exercises or past physio

• back pain / sciatica

Alongside my private clinic work, I also work as an NHS First Contact Practitioner (FCP), so I regularly see a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and understand how things like stress, fatigue, medications, and past health issues can affect recovery.

My approach is very much 1-to-1, unhurried, and tailored — not just a sheet of exercises, but understanding why your pain keeps returning and what your body actually needs to get better and move forward.

If you’re unsure whether physio is right for you, or you’ve tried things before and didn’t get much clarity, I’m always happy to answer questions or have a quick chat first - no pressure at all.

Feel free to comment or send me a message 😊

What I’m taking into 2026.

Not big promises.
Not overnight change.

Just lessons that keep showing up —
in physio,
in business,
and in life.

Rehab has taught me that progress isn’t a straight line.
Neither is running a business.
Neither is life.

You don’t need perfection to move forward.
You need consistency.
Patience.
And the willingness to stay with the process, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Growth often sits just outside your comfort zone.
That’s true for pain recovery.
And it’s true for life.

And boundaries matter more than we’re taught to believe. For recovery.
For focus.
For being present — as a physio, a business owner, a dad, a husband.

This is how I work with people too.
No rushing.
No quick fixes.
No pretending setbacks mean failure.

Just honest work.
Time to listen.
And trust that change happens when you respect the process.

Taking that energy into 2026.

If you’re new here — welcome.
And if this resonates, you’re very much in the right place. 🙏

Back pain isn’t always about fixing something that’s “wrong”.

This client had been dealing with flare-ups on and off for years.
Busy professional.
Plays football.
Trains in the gym.

But over time, pain started to change how he moved.

Leg days avoided.
Back work skipped.
Not because he couldn’t do it —
but because he was worried about making things worse.

That fear is common.
And it makes sense when pain hasn’t been properly explained.

Our work focused on:
Understanding his pain
Reducing the threat around movement
And gradually rebuilding confidence with loading The goal wasn’t just less pain —
It was trust in his body again.

If you’ve been told to “just be careful”
Or feel stuck managing flare-ups on your own
There may be more room to improve than you think.

Message me INFO for a chat + follow me for more client wins! 🙌💪🤩🤩🤩

Afternoon walks always give me space to think.
We live in a world of quick fixes and us wanting everything now — cracked backs, massage, temporary relief.
And while those things can help… they rarely solve the problem long-term.

Pain isn’t usually random.
If we don’t address the root cause, it often returns — sometimes worse.

So my approach is different.
I take time to understand you, your story, and what’s really driving the symptoms — so we can create lasting change, not just short-term relief.

If you’re fed up of quick fixes and short term relief and it coming back again the next day - message me the word “HELP”
Or follow me for more tips and advice
