You’ve probably been told to “sit up straight” your whole life.

But here’s the truth…

There’s no such thing as a perfect posture.

And there’s no strong evidence that one specific posture is the cause of pain.

What actually matters is this:

👉 how long you stay in one position

Sit “badly” for a long time… you’ll feel it

Sit “perfectly” for a long time… you’ll still feel it

Because your body isn’t designed to stay still

It’s designed to move

That’s why so many people feel stiff, tight, or achy

Not because they’re doing it wrong…

But because they’re not changing position enough

The best posture?

👉 your next one

So instead of stressing about sitting perfectly…

Focus on moving more
Switching positions
Staying relaxed

If you’ve been blaming your posture for your pain…

there’s usually more going on #

If you want help understanding what’s actually driving it

Message me RESET 👊

You’ve tried stretching, resting, treatments…
but your back pain keeps coming back.

Here’s what might actually be keeping it going:

1. You’re constantly checking it 👀
The more attention you give it, the more sensitive it becomes.

2. You panic when it flares 😰
Pain doesn’t always mean damage, but your body reacts like it does.

3. You’re stuck in “fix it” mode 🔧
Always chasing the next treatment instead of rebuilding trust in movement.

4. You hold your breath & tense up 🫁
Especially under load, this increases sensitivity.

5. You believe something is seriously wrong 🧠
Fear changes how your body responds. More protection = more pain.

It’s not about ignoring pain.
It’s about retraining how your body responds to it.

That’s exactly what I help people do.

If you’re stuck in this cycle and want to move with confidence again,

drop me a message or comment “RESET” and I’ll reach out 🤝

Chronic pain steals moments like this…

Just me and my son.
Time together.
Being present.

But when you’re living with ongoing pain…

👉 even moments like this don’t feel simple

Because you’re trying to enjoy it…

but you’re uncomfortable
you’re tired
you’re distracted
your body just won’t fully settle

You’re there…

👉 but not fully there

And that’s where the guilt creeps in

Feeling like you should be more present
like you should be coping better
like you’re letting people down without meaning to

And over time…

you start missing more of these moments
or just getting through them instead of actually enjoying them

That’s the part most people don’t talk about

Pain doesn’t just affect your body

👉 it affects your relationships, your energy, and how you show up in life

That’s exactly what my Chronic Pain RESET Method is designed for

Not just to reduce symptoms…

But to help you:
understand what’s driving your pain
calm your nervous system
rebuild confidence in movement
and actually feel present in your life again

So you’re not just getting through the day…

you’re back in it

If this feels like you…

Message me the word “RESET”

and we’ll go through it together 👊

You’re capable of more than your pain is telling you.

Not because it’s “all in your head”…
But because your body is adaptable.

Stronger.
More resilient.
More trainable than you’ve been led to believe.

I know this… because I’ve lived it.

There have been days where I’ve felt stiff, in pain, mentally drained…
Questioning whether to even move at all.

And I see it every day with people I work with —
People who’ve been told to “just live with it”
Or left feeling like they’re the problem.

Chronic pain has a way of shrinking your world.

You start doing less.
Avoiding more.
Second guessing everything.

Until life becomes smaller than it should be.

But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Because when you understand your body…
When you rebuild trust in movement…
When you stop fearing every flare-up…

You can start to rebuild your life again.

Step by step.

That’s exactly why I’ve built my approach the way I have.

Not just focusing on symptoms…
But helping people take back control of their body, their confidence, and their life.

If you feel stuck right now, I want you to know this:

You’re not broken.
You’re just missing the right approach.

DM me “RESET” if you’re ready to start rebuilding.

I remember what it felt like…

Trying everything
but still being in pain most days.

And after a while…
you stop expecting things to change.

You just start thinking:
“this is how my life is now”

And what makes it even harder…

is how many people are just passed around
from one professional to another
.never really feeling heard or listened too

Being told:
– “everything looks fine”
– “just keep doing the exercises”
– or being given medication or injections for temporary relief

Until eventually…

you start questioning yourself

“is this all in my head?”

“am I just a burden?”

And that’s where people begin to give up.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

both personally and working with people in the same position for years:

It’s not that you’re not trying hard enough.

It’s that you’ve never been shown the full picture and how things are all connected

Pain is more complex than just the physical.

It’s influenced by things like:
• stress
• sleep
• fear of movement
• habits and behaviours built over time
All of this influences our Nervous system sensitivity which keeps pain going..

And when you start to understand that…

Things can begin to change.

👉 Not overnight
👉 But gradually

More control
More confidence
Less fear around your body

If you feel stuck in that place right now…

Message me “RESET”

and I’ll help you figure out your next step to breaking free from chronic pain.

💭 I nearly didn’t train today…

Stiff, achy, and feeling like I’d rather stay put. But I moved anyway - just a bit lighter than usual, adjusting as I went.

The result? Calmer, less tense, more in control of my body, even with some pain. 🙌

Movement isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about progress over perfection, listening to your body, and finding what works for you.

You don’t need a gym. You don’t need to push through pain. You just need to start where you are.

If you need any help with getting started or need any personalised support give me a message 😊

🕒 Always too busy for yourself?

You sweep the floor, manage work, family, errands… but what about your own body?

Ignoring small aches and pains today often turns them into chronic problems tomorrow. Putting yourself second isn’t a badge of honor

it’s a fast track to more pain, slower recovery, and lost time.

💡 Invest a little time now:
✅ Heal faster
✅ Prevent long-term issues
✅ Stay active and pain-free

Don’t wait until your body forces you to stop. Your health deserves your attention.

📲 Book a session today and start prioritizing YOU.

Most people don’t come to me because they haven’t tried anything…

They come to me because they’ve tried everything.

Physio.
Osteopath.
Massage.
Exercises.

And they’re still stuck.

Not just in pain…
But feeling unheard, frustrated, and unsure what to do next.

That’s exactly where Laura was.

And the turning point wasn’t some magic treatment…

👉 It was finally having:
– a clear plan
– a simple starting point
– and someone who actually listened

That’s when things started to change.

And eventually…

She experienced something she hadn’t felt in years:
No pain.

Not because we chased symptoms…
But because we addressed the full picture.

If this sounds like you…

Message me “RESET”
and let’s figure out your next step.

Tired… but somehow still wide awake?

Lying there, tossing and turning…
trying to get comfortable…

And then your brain kicks in:
“Here we go again…”

You start checking your pain
Trying to find the “right” position
Counting how many hours you’ve got left before morning

And somehow…
the more you try to sleep
the more awake you feel

Sound familiar?

It’s not just bad luck.
And it’s not because your body is “broken”.

At night, everything goes quiet…
So your body and mind become more aware

More aware of sensations
More aware of thoughts
More aware of discomfort

And if your system is already on edge,
that’s when it feels the loudest

That’s why it feels worse
That’s why you can’t switch off

So instead of forcing sleep,
focus on calming the system first 👇

• Slow your breathing (long exhales)
• Stop constantly checking your pain
• Don’t assume tonight will be a bad night
• Reduce stimulation before bed
• If you can’t sleep, get up and reset

Small shifts… but they make a big difference over time

And yes… even if your brain is doing a full dance routine at 3am 🕺

If nights are your biggest struggle,
comment “SLEEP” or send me a message

I’ll help you understand what’s actually going on
and what you can do about it

You don’t realise how much you’re holding on… until it’s exhausting.

Holding onto the idea that something must be wrong.
Holding onto every sensation, analysing it.
Holding onto the fear of making it worse.

So you check it.
You think about it.
You move carefully.

And over time…
It becomes constant.

Not because your body is broken:
But because your system has learned to stay on high alert.

Always scanning.
Always protecting.
Always tense.

And the hardest part?

It feels like you’re doing the right thing.

Like being careful will keep you safe.

But in reality…
It’s what keeps the cycle going.

That’s why some people notice:
When they’re busy… distracted… in the moment…

The pain fades into the background.

Not because it’s gone
But because they’ve stopped holding onto it.

At some point, the shift isn’t about doing more.

It’s about learning to let go.

Let go of the constant checking.
Let go of the fear that something is wrong.
Let go of the tension your body has been holding onto for years.

That’s when your system finally gets a signal…

“You’re safe.”

And that’s where things start to change.

If this hit home, message me the word “LET GO” and I’ll help you understand where to start.

He tried everything… but was still in pain.

Different professionals.
Different explanations.
Different treatments.

Each time thinking… this will be the thing that fixes it.

But years later, nothing had really changed.

His scans were clear.
Yet the pain was still there.

So he did what most people do…
He became careful.

Avoided certain movements.
Stopped lifting properly.
Stuck to what felt “safe.”

Not because he was lazy
But because he didn’t want to make it worse.

And over time…
He became more aware of it.
More focused on it.

More tense around it.

Then he said something that stood out:

“When I’m busy or distracted… I don’t feel it.”

That’s the part most people miss.

Because if this was purely damage…
It wouldn’t just switch off like that.

What was really happening?

His nervous system had learned to stay on high alert.
Constantly checking.
Constantly guarding.
Constantly holding tension without even realising it.

And the more he tried to fix it…
The more he stayed stuck in it.

At some point, the shift isn’t about doing more.

It’s about learning to let go.

Let go of the constant monitoring.
Let go of the fear that something is wrong.
Let go of the tension your body has been holding onto

That’s when things finally start to change.

If this feels like your situation, comment “STUCK” or message me. I’ll help you understand what’s really going on.
