Not quite the week I had plannedโ€ฆ

Unfortunately Iโ€™ve broken my Cuboid! I am currently in a rather fetching boot and on crutches. Because of this, Iโ€™ve had to move and rearrange quite a few appointments this week.

Iโ€™m really sorry to everyone who has been affected or inconvenienced. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and kindness while I get myself back on my feet (literally!).

The good news is I can still work while seated, so Iโ€™m still able to do vitamin jabs or any treatments where I donโ€™t need to be on my feet.

If youโ€™re unsure whether your treatment is doable seated, just drop me a message and Iโ€™ll let you know.

Today at Omni, I had the privilege of treating a 4 week old ๐Ÿฉท โ€” a lovely reminder of just how gentle and subtle osteopathy can be.

Babies experience a lot during pregnancy and birth, and even a smooth delivery can place strain on their tiny bodies. Osteopathic treatment for babies is very gentle, using light touch to support comfort, movement, and balance as they grow.

After a manic day cooking for 15 yesterday, surrounded by all our children and grandchildren... me and my new scarf 'GiGi' ๐Ÿฆœ plan on relaxing, eating leftovers all day and playing games!
