The Euros might be over, but football is still alive and kicking!

London AC proudly sponsor 3 local football teams including MAN V FAT Gillingham, supporting our very own Project Manager Jack Archer.

MAN v FAT Football is a community of football clubs tailored for men aiming to shed weight. Each player shares the common goal of losing weight, improving their health, and relishing the game of football. Initially focused on smaller matches, the players expressed a desire for more, leading to the establishment of 11-a-side teams nationwide. Thanks to sponsors from across the country, these teams now compete in a structured league, wearing professional kits.

In other news, MvF Gillingham Reserves players James Howard and Matthew Palmer, along with their families, recently did the 5k JDRF UK One Walk London and raised over £1000 for the charity.

James and Matthew each have a child that live with Type One Diabetes and at the age of 9 and 7 have done their first ever fundraising events.

They smashed it. 💙
