Statement Regarding the Fuller Enquiry
In light of the recent Fuller enquiry and the deeply troubling actions which took place at Pembury Hospital, we feel it is important to give reassurance directly to our local community.
As funeral directors, we are truly saddened and appalled by what has happened and our thoughts are with the families affected. Such behaviour is a profound breach of trust, dignity, and respect — principles which are the foundation of our profession.
We also want to reassure all our families and clients that the care, security, and dignity of your loved ones entrusted to us is our highest priority. We follow strict procedures and security standards to ensure that every person in our care is treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and protection at all times.
