Self doubt…
Self doubt is there in all of us, but it shouldn’t be. I remember this launch day, my first class. Do you think I never carried any doubt it would work? I do, and I still do. Each week, each class, next week, next month, next year.

But here we are! And it wouldn’t have been possible without any of you! So I would like to thank you all for your support, those who were there for the first class, those who are with us now and those who are signing up for their first class, massage, pelvic floor therapy or nutrition.

Our new PF course starts next week. It is currently reduced to mitigate the booking fees. £125 (previously £150).

Elfy advent day 18!

Let me know how many minutes of moderate aerobic activity you are getting in so far this week. This can be a brisk walk for example, something that pulls you just out of a comfortable range where your heart beats faster and your lungs are doing a little extra work.
You can even count 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity, if you are working well above your comfortable range and feeling breathless. For example our HIIT class and kettlebells can be included. If you’re doing both, you would reach your target.

Posture can be a difficult one when we find ourselves sinking into old habits all of the time.
Just be a little more aware of your posture today.

Active sitting, meaning sitting upright with core engaged can burn more calories, tone the abdomen and relieve pressure on the spine.

Before we take our Christmas break…

Please book in for this week so I can plan accordingly.

It’s stretch week for Pilates in our pyjamas with our switch off under the fairy lights. Bring a blanket or dressing gown for the ultimate wind down.

HIIT is Christmas themed as well as our kettlebells for that final blast!

Christmas attire is most welcome but not essential.

Don’t forget if you book 2 sessions with us in one week you get a discount, so there’s always the option to stay for a stretch and chill after each session.

Time to look after yourself a little. Take some time for yourself this weekend. Just 1 bath, paint your nails, take some down time for a walk. The world is your oyster.
