Did you know there are many forms of incontinence and it doesn’t just come with weakness?
The human body is remarkable if you know how to look after it. The key is in the balance.
I have experienced both these states, neither of them is pleasant.
Notice how weakened pelvic floor and overworked pelvic floor can carry the same symptoms? So it is important to really listen to our bodies and really understand them.
Similar to working out in the gym, if we over do it and don’t take that down time to stretch and recover we can cause injuries. Muscle tightness can pull on joints and send our body out of alignment.
If we don’t work out and don’t take part in healthy movement with too much down time, we can cause injuries. Muscle weakness can cause our bodies to fall out of alignment.
When working on yourself, such as reversing weakened pelvic floor, it is important to relax and stretch too to ensure we get that balance right.
